I ordered 3 front fasting bras the cup size l ordered is far too small how do l send them back they are no use to me?

I ordered some very important herbs and ingredients after Christmas for New Year party . Somehow there was an anomaly with my billing address and delivery as I was away from home . My order was cancelled more than once . I got in touch to say how important it was and they made sure it arrived in time dispite the very diifficult time of year . All exceptional.

I have ordered one week ago through online but still have not received my parcel. (I got a message as refused items but no one called me or approached me ).

They have not answered properly my call and they asked me to call back after 1 hours instead of answering me.
Also online chat is not working properly (I got reply after one hour).

I ordered on Saturday morning and it arrived on Tuesday morning. The parcel was well packed and sealed. Everything present.

When I lived in the city I had Asian and Chinese supermarkets close by. Now in the countryside I am probably 50 miles from the closest. So online stores like this are a real blessing for me and my neighbour. Plus free delivery over £49.

Happy to share my experience with you. The delivery was on time which was great. I really like the way it was packed and sealed. Just in future if you could add some more varieties under grocery items like rice, wheat flour etc it would be convenient to compare the products.Overall the products and service was good.

Ecxcellent service with a reasonable charge for delivery. The items concerned appear to be just what was needed.

Although the package was a couple of days overdue, I was very impressed by Kugan's communication with me.
I was also impressed with the care taken to wrap and protect my items - 3 x glass bottles of juice.
